Target & Implied Target Windows
 

My target and implied target windows dont show the buffs that has been applied to them under their name. . . Ran the updater so not sure what the issue is . . . any help would be appreciated.

They appear to be working OK, and haven't been modified in ages. It might be size. Try using F10 to toggle the UI to show the window backgrounds as all-black, and check to see whether those windows are sized tall enough to show the bottom portion where the buffs/debuffs would be. If they aren't, you may need to unlock them and resize them taller.

you can also turn off/on the effects display for target/Itarget in the options..check your settings there
