Error: 'xxxx' is not a valid value for 'value'.

I downloaded the latest updateder (Version 1.0.0) and it ran no problems last night and updated. I did a full download to make sure I had everything, and Im sure it was working after that. This morning I ran it and got this message. I close the program and re-started it. got this again. uninstalled and re-downlaoded (in case it was changed between downloading it) re-installed, ran but same message.
it looks like something to do with this particular zone file. the only numbe that was different between unstalling and reinstalling was " '31635' ". I cant remeber what it said the first time. I have this here due to the instructions on the updater.
BTW: I love this mod, I use it all the time... one thing: is it posiable to add an option that allowed you download alterative icons? I use the ones thta are pictures (sorry cant remeber who made them).

'31635' is not a valid value for 'value'. 'value' should be between 'minimum' and 'maximum'.

can you try redownloading the setup file 1 more itme and please post if it fixes it or not

I am running win2000, using fetishnightfall UI if that helps. I re-downloaded the updater and renamed the setup file (added lat to the end before the .exe) to disquinsh it from the other files. This doesnt seem to effect game play or the map btw.
This morning I had a problem with the UI and had to re-extract that. It didnt have anything to do with the UI updater, I ran it after and the UI was fine.

if you need more info, let me know. I wont back til later tonight, but I will check this then, and tomorrow morning.

re-download and reinstall it one more time :D i modified the error handling to get a little more info out that may help me, and tried a thing that might possible fix it.

I had the same problem, but it's not EQ2MAP Updater's fault, at least on my machine. I have netscape dialup isp, with their web accelerator. Apparently the accelerator compresses dds files and therefore messes up the actual file size for the progress bar. Whatever the technical reason, disabling the web accelerator before running EQ2MAP Updater fixed the problem for me. Hope that helps.
