3 Maps Missing Dots...

I have 3 zones that dont show any dots..Commonlands, Nek Forest and Thundering Steepes...Ive tried uninstalling, updating, everything...These 3 areas will not show dots...I also have 2 friends with the same issue...Is there a known fix to this?
