GENERAL - Fixed an issue with the Renewal of Ro pre-order purchase not granting the appropriate previous expansions.

LIVE EVENTS - Prelude event
- Silrena and Faezoth should now properly show quest offer icons before hailing them.
TRADESKILLS - The recipe for Velocity V (Ancient) can now be found in Ancient Dreadfell Coven Teachings Volume III.
USER INTERFACE - Fixed an issue where dragging an empty bag from your bank onto auto-bank could cause it to vanish and end up in your overflow.
