Problem with chat window when checking broker
 

When using profit ui reborn, anytime I go to check my broker, my chat window goes blank. I did not see a fix for this and I would like to know if anyone else is having this problem? This is still occuring even after a hard drive reformat, re-install of EQ2 and a fresh download of profit ui reborn. Any help on this situation would be greatly appreciated.

Did you use the auto update or the manual version?

yes i have the new updater version.. just got a freash install of it..along with everything else on my pc

well i found if i re log it will correct untill i check my broker again but when i get high enough to start raiding its going to become a real issue if i cant read chat

I'd do a clean install of the UI and see what happens.

i have done a clean install even on a clean install on the Operating System.. and its still doing it

Similar problem here. It has reoccurred after taking a neodymium magnet to my hard drive, and manually reinstalling the entire computer. By accident of unfortunately, but the disappearing chat feed appears again! I have chat windows on the left side of screen, in two separate chat windows. Private/guild/raid chat is in the top window, and just below: general/combat/group/DMG - in the lower window.

over time the disappearing text gets cut off higher and higher until I have to reset the window (usually just: chat options>check/check-off something > close window > chat options > check/check-on > close window)

I reverse the position of the windows, and alternate "always chat here" between windows to no avail.

I actually remember encountering the issue you describe a long time ago. I haven't encountered it recently but then I am seldom logged in for more than an hour anymore. 'll see what I can figure out.
