ProfitUI Issue
 

Hi,

I've recently downloaded a few new UI and im really impressed. I've opted to use ProfitUI, however I have discovered an issue:

When using Nightvision graphics like trees etc become blocky and black. However when you turn Nightvision off it all works fine.

I've got the latest version just in case it was a version issue. Not really a big problem but I thought I would highlight it.

That's not a UI issue per say as it is you graphic settings. I haven't looked at the UI code for prophit but most UI authors just change a graphic setting to jack the Gama up.

Thanks for your comments. I will check the settings but I must admit I didnt have the problem with the original UI or a few others I tried. Interestingly I have the same problem on both my machines, okay one does have a 256Mb Graphics card and the other only has 128Mb.

But I will compare and check the settings just in case.

Its not a big issue, just thought I would meantion it.

In that case I'm guessing its changing more then the gama level.

The graphical issues you described is something I've always seen when using night vision. My guess is that's just the way it is, and if you want to see in dark areas, that's the price to pay while the nightvision is active. You could probably just crank up your gamma yourself to about the same effect without the distortion.
