Raid window - text formating by archetype

Ok.. been tinkering with the raid window some... or maybe alot and I am working on reducing it's size by a good margin and have enjoyed some success. (about a 45% reduction)

But I am not 100% happy... because I cut the archetype icons and it makes it harder to spot who is who... is that a tank taking damage or a mage? Now I know people's names... but I don't have time to read and compute.

So here is my concept.... change the font color to match archetype color... and Italic the group leaders.

Trick is when I look at the code I have absolutely NO IDEA what is pulling the archetype info... like it seems random it actually calls for a FIGHTER in group 1 slot 1 but yet I can log in and a mage fits there fine... there is no info on how it determines who is what archetype just random "put fighter here" type stuff so somewhere somehow outside this file this "judgement" on class is made... but I can't see it so I can't program around it.

What I am saying is there is no "If Scout then yellow eye icon" thing... it somehow just knows and overrides what is in the xml file as the defaults for the people.

Any ideas?
