EQ2 Maps causing crashes in BoL

Since the new expac, Blood of Luclin, went live, if you update eq2maps, you will crash when zoning into any house zone.
This also means you can't log in on any character in a house zone.

Currently this means not playing those toons (and staying out of player housing) or removing EQ2 maps :(

I happened to have an old copy of the eq2maps directory in my beta folder. I deleted the 'current' one and replaced it with the old copy and was able to play without issue.

We are trying to find the error.

jnils, I have an older working copy of EQ2MAP that allows me to log in and go into and out of housing (Freeport), but seeing this issue on the official forums and in the MOTD in-game, I made a safe copy and then updated the map files. After getting 5 updated map files and one new file, I got logged in and could see the zone but it hung up after that. I never got control of the mouse and had to crash out.

Replaced the files below with the old ones and logged in normally again. Hope this helps.

(PS This was on a ProfitUI_CE installation but I don't think that has anything to do with it.)

core_mapstyles.xml
_Skinnable_Location_Images.xml
_Skinnable_Styles.xml
map_links.xml
map_POI_exp08_dun_skyshrine_arcane_challenge.xml
map_POI_exp16_rgn_sanctus_seru.xml (deleted in working version)

The issue is in the core_mapstyles, we have an older beta file that works and are working first on a temporary fix until we can find the real issue.

The bandaid is in place please repatch and try again and report any issues.

It worked. I logged into my Qeynos house without issue after updating.
