Stat Monitor and Overcaps

Is it possible to indicate when a value is over whatever your current overcap might be?

The Stats I tab in the Character window does show this, so it's exposed somewhere maybe?

All those extra tooltip stats are calculated internally on the fly -- there's no way to grab anything that's not in gamedata. Stat monitor setpoint warnings are a flat value that you set, although I do like the idea of getting a warning for X + overcap.

It would take some rewriting but I can imagine a setpoint for (known_stat + constant) even though the known_stat (e.g. fervor) varies. The problem is that overcaps can also vary from gear/spells/buffs etc., so the "constant" would have to be updated manually every time it changed. The only way to make it work would be a gamedata value, which in the case of overcaps, I don't see anything available to us.

Yeah, I was hoping for the on the fly calculation. The OC values vary during a raid fight a lot depending on who has cast what, and DPS wants to use their big chains when OC is the highest.

I can leave my Character window open to stats to see it happening, but that's a lot of screen real estate!

I agree, although the XP stat bar in either DarqUI or ProfitUI should be giving you the same tooltips as the Character window.
