smaller icons on the hotkeypads (about half size), and if possible an old eq1 styled invintory screen that shows stats as well as invintory slots, i think i miss this the most from eq1, also to include names on the effects window so you can tell what all thoes strange icons are at a glance, maby a timer also would help :)

1. thats SOES side. the in game clock has to be fixed from their in.

2. Same as above the messages are showing as part of a bug.

3. SOE has already said many times that since the program works smoothly in window mode (it auto releases the mouse) that you can use your favorite MP3 Player

Not sure what this looks like, somebody post a pic or discribe it or something.

Here's a target window that's resizable and has a name tag 2000 pixels long, let me know if you find an npc with a name twice as long as your screen. =) Did you want the target health bar to be longer too?
I don't really have a way to test it. but i dont see why this wouldn't work.

3/4 buff bar would be nice, the half size is just a little small. One other thing, I was unable to change the shape of the bar. If you could figure out how to change the shape of the bar and keep the small icons that would rock.

wow. now sure how i broke that.. well, here it is in 3/4ths,
you can change the shape now, fix inc for the 1/2 sized in a bit

heres one from eqinvintory that is slightly modded from an origional, should give you an idea what i was looking for, thanks for the work. ill test them out in a minute and see if any problems arise.

unfortunatly when creating new hotkey bars (i usualy run 4 at once for all of my combat abilities on screen at once, the client crashes to desktop witth this mod.

also i have a small problem when the client loads up it never rembers the bank each of them are set at. has any one been able to get it to save this information so it doesnt have to be set every time i load the game up?

i've heard alot of people complain about the crashes with hotbuttons on the official boards, so i think that's sony's problem. and i get the hotbar bank problem too.

I wish I didn't have to open my inventory to access my bags. Not sure if that ability is there yet. With EQLive I was using Sars for my Interface and loved that I could open all my bags without opening my inventory window.

But you wanted a challenge didn't you? :)

Xml isn't the answer for this one. (bag's aren't movable anyway) go to options, controls, window keys, and allll the way at the bottom will be an open/close all bags key setting. :D

Insomniac, why don't you put all your mod's in one download and themme it. Then skin it, please make it so that it has like no over head in game and applies to all the windows in there interface. It should incorperate all your mod's to date as one sweet download. LOL, please add a read me txt to it as I'm not real good at these things, I'm more hardware orientated lol.

I agree... I am loving the 3/4 hotbar, since I can fit 4 hotbars across the bottom now, just above my stat strip.

what about a full screen image ? i can't stand those two horrible black parts up and down the interface...

I love that hot bar, how about taking the numbers off of the side so that when they are stretched from top to bottom they can line up real close to each other and take up less space on the screen?

Also, I know this has been said before but I might have missed it if you replied.

You know when you target yourself, or a group members, or a mob, and it gives all that extra information? How about just putting it all in the box without having to hover over it? And then remove the hover! Of course don't add aaaall the information because that's a little insane. :) You can leave out the stuff that any hardcore EQ'er should know by now, like the conning messages.

Also, How about adding in a location number underneath the compass so you don't have to hover over that either? =D

Shrink the group window... it takes up way too much screen space... shrinking your player window would be good too.

Move that letterbox to the top of the screen and arrange things in a size that can all fit happily in the bottom 1/3rd portion of the screen.

Javelinfr - check your options man. It's called letterbox mode and there's a way to go fullscreen. ;p

Looks like I picked the wrong day to give up caffeine. I posted in the wrong place 3 times now ;)

I'd like a mod that will make my hotbar icons just slightly smaller, maybe 25%. I saw insomniacs 3/4ths mod but that's too much.

Also, is there a mod to remove the scroll bars from chat and hotbars?

p.s. for insomniac, can you alter you pic of the 3/4ths bar? All I see is a hotbar but with no frame of reference, it's hard to see that it is smaller. Can you attatch a full, un cropped screen shot?

I want to, but there's no way to code it. all that stuff is done by the game somewhere, and not the xml. Generally anything in a tooltip stays in a tooltip.
I can't really work on the group window unless i get a group to sit there while i move stuff around :P i gotta figure out a way to make the bars and stuff show with no people having to stand by.
the letter box acts weird, but i'm working on it.

If i did that, it would happen to all the chatboxes, then i dont think you could type anything. it would be nice for sony to make this an option.
