I tried that the other day, but they would be active for about 5 seconds, then fade out... Even with the bars all the way up. I'll try again after I pick up the expansion and install it and get on.

Theres a Problem with your UI and EQ2 Mapspoiler .. the Spoiler Windows Pops up correctly, but dont display any Data in it.

In my experience the spoiler window is always empty when first opened. Switching the map between world and city/zone helps.

I am selecting some of option in the control center, work fine until I log out.

That's why it says in the control center that the options don't save. :p

However, the bottom bar can be disabled via windowsettings, and the player window can be completely disabled by extracting the _Player Window disable.zip in the ProfitUI folder. Target and effects icons are permanently changeable via windowsettings as well.

Also, as you can see, the numbers on the hot bar are a bit off of the actual box it's on. In addition, if it's possible, can you make it so we can have the numbers back on the bottom of the button? I preferred it there.

I can't seem to get rid of the hot bar number select on the left side.
I had the same problem with the beta, but it went away for whatever reason. I deleted and did a new install of the UI, and have Frame and Title set to none.

Shadow312, the 2nd bottom bar is only visible on mouse-over atm. Can be changed in the future. The hotbar shortcut keys are working as intended. The numbers will be correctly placed once you log off and back in. They are off the first time only - cannot be helped. The position cannot be changed either - the remaining charges/stack size display is at the bottom.

hiroprotagonist, sorry, no idea, worked fine on Beta and it is not modded in ProfitUI as far as I know (and I should, lol). Also, I will likely not be in game before the weekend, so I can't test it out atm.

Understood, GM9, claim works fine, but like group invite, i get half a box...and I forgot to like, hit it and set it for default to see if it fixed the sizing issue..

Just did some tinkering and the reaction icons weren't popping up, instead there was just a small square box. Not sure if this is a UI issue or SOE issue.

Kinda tricky to make stuff this way but still managed a server first hehe.

I have the same issue. No tooltips. Gave me an error that the current format of drawing tooltips wasn't compatible.

Ah. Fixed it by completely removing ProfitUI and reinstalling it from scratch.

Ok anyone else have the group and no drop boxes being a quarter of the actual box, and virtually unseeable? what file is it? anyone know? making me nuts here

Any way to get it so either the text is not in this window or at least shrink it a TON so I can get a lot more icons in there? As of now I can't see 90% of my debuffs as a Defiler with all the spells I have up.

Hey gman, thanks for a great EoF release! On thing though, I LOVE the art being show on the zoning window, it doesn't seem to be displaying any of the unique EoF specific concept art, which is really neat. I don't know how that all works, could you take a look at it?

I have a few problems:

1. I can't hide the page buttons on the hotbars anymore. If i change it from frames to "None" i get nothing but white boxes.

2. Bags that don't have enough slots to make an entire row just have black squares where there should be nothing.

3. (Minor issues) On every bar, there is always one button lit up as if i was mousing over it. And, it's much harder to move an ability on the hotbar .. you need to grab it and quickly rip it out of place. :p

Hey gm9.. On the logon/logoff quick option, I edited the .txt file and it worked. But it will only show one of my toons. I basically just copied the first line where I have my toon, and pasted it 5 times for all 6 toons, and changed the character name.

I have 5 lines with different toon names between the Dataset a the /dataset lines. Am I doing something wrong? I can see only the top line toon.

i would like to change the size of my chat window, but it does not move or adjust when i click on it, i have unlocked it, but all that does is that when i click on it and move the mouse the entire view changes instead of the window size. any suggestions?

by the way, this is an AWESOME!! UI, been using it for about 6 months, and love it!

Error FOUND. Wasnt your boxes GM9, was the Just Press Enter boxes..deleted about 4 of em, aint got the names in front of me, but one of them was the pop up , doing dandy now.

not sure if something i did wrong or not. but i can not link any items what so ever in any chat channel.

Ok, in short:

Bugs:
- The black background on hotbars. Forgot to remove that, I had that in for debugging purposes. Fixed file attached.
- I missed the icons shown in the attached screenshot (they are for PvP I think?) in window_elements_specific.dds. I don't think they are important but delete that file if you want to make sure.
- transmuting - the changes I had made to the tradeskill window got lost somewhere. Fixed file attached.

Everything else:
1. delete your old ProfitUI folder before installation.
2. hotbar operation is explained in the FAQ on the download page - I had even marked it in green. What more can I do? :confused:
3. EoF background art shows when zoning into EoF


I don't have the time for more, will be traveling the rest of the week, so try to survive without me. :p

Edit: And if the tradeskill window does not work in that, delete it. Couldn't find the original fix I made, so this may have some issues.

well my first time trying to modify this bag ui , and took me 2hours and still i have no idea the nums on stacks of items not showing up

anyone can point it out to me or maybe try helping please?

did you delete old folder and installed new profit v3.0?
if you did , you probably need to find a new name for your new folder , because XP has a system to restore the older files if the name is same as your old folder

oh , you mean the backdrops that shows class image in personal window?
just copy the whole " backdrop " & paste it in image folder

I posted this question in another forum before I found this one so sorry for cross posting.

I am wondering if I am able to get rid of the little "button" in the bottom right hand corner of the hotbars that you use to move the hotbars if you wish to do so? Would make thing a little easier. Also the sound associated with opening various windows inside the game, ie Persona, Window settings, etc, has an annoying thud noise as the sound. Any way to get rid of this. Thanks.
