You have two options for now.

1. Right click on the open chat window and click on create new chat window. Doint it ths way you will not have any of the tabs.

2. Back up any mod(s) you may of added or did to the ui and reinstall it, picking the uisetting that you need.

I'll check this out tonite and put a fix on the update server. The autoupdater is so verry close to going live.

If any one wants to test it out, you can download the installer here for now. Once I think all the bugs are out I'll be putting it here for live down load. Just remember it's in beta so there verry well could be bugs still in it. So back up you extreme folder.

Yes you should, and I think theres a bug for this mod for myself... Every time I log in... I get a Chat box near the middle of my screen... and as far as the game is concerned, it doesn't exist, only way for it to work is if I Right click it and press Add Tab... which has no visual effects... this can happen with two boxes as well... Any reason for this?

I think your uisettings file may be corrupted.

I have incorporated Milquetowst Info Center into eXtreme, it has the same info and more. Just use the info button below the exp bars to activate it. ( I'll get it updated soon though, its a tad behind his releases)

As far as the boarders; look in the eq2.ini file in your eq2 directory and edit out cl_letter_box_amount 0.135000.

Then what do you suppose I do? I didn't modify anything to the UIsettings... All I did is install and play, nothing more... Though this isn't the first time your Mod has done this.

am i the only one who has a problem with the quest log not showing all of there completed quests?

What happened to the store window? The Search/Find It button is no longer there.

Also, the chat interface seems to reset the chosen chat mode whenever you type something else. Example I choose group say but then type /ooc and the default chat type will change to ooc. Is this on purpose or a bug?

Browsing Market Problem
 

Hi Landiin,

Don't know if you posted anything about this but I'm having a problem with browsing the market from inside my room. I click an item in my store window and there's no 'Search' type button on that window... instead it's on the market window but doesn't search for the item selected. I just get this 'Parent.Parent.' thing.

Any fix for that?

Baelzharon & Aeromier, I mistakenly deleted it, matter of fact I deleted my entire design folder :eek: I am just glad I keep my graphics and UI design folders separate. I'll get it back in asap.

Baelzharon, The chat issue you are have is a SOE thing and is working as intended. In options somewhere there is a setting you can turn on or off that automatically switches the default chat setting to what ever you /. SO when you did /ooc it seen that and switched it to your default setting. This never was an issue for you before because when it went live it defaulted to off an on existing characters. When the server merged they wiped all sever side setting it seems so you started off like a new character setting wise.

Find Button is missing
 

Hello there,

First off, I absolutely LOVE your UI!!!

However, with the LU20 versioni, my merchant no longer has a find button. Could we please fix this as it really makes getting the going prices a pain.

Cant wait for that 1280x1024 :nana: .. Ive been having issues getting EQ Client App Errors when on Whisperwind isle in The Barren Sky.. i only get them there and very frequently weather im just standing there chatting or moving around... i play around 14-18 hours a day :eek: (off for winter) and im not having this issue nowhere else, is it possible its in the EQ Map of that particular isle or possibly in the UI?. This is very stressing seeing how i need to go there to mend/bank and the Nest. Any advice or research into this would be greatly appreciated as is all your work Landin.. tnx in advance

Very nice UI only problem is I cant find the Pet window? :eek:

Alt-P, brings up the pet window (or whatever your custom keystroke is in options).

You will see a little health bar but might not see any text, if this is the case, hover over it and right click for the window settings and make it opaque, for all 6 of the slidebars. This should take care of it.

Search Market doesnt work correct.
When i´m in Vault merchendise,
the name of the Item i search for, isnt inserted correctly.

known Problem?

It insert the variable-name not the name from the item :)

Are you guys talking about the market search OR the search button in the store window?

It would be nice to get the button back so I could open my store, click on an item I am selling, and click search for this item and the browser pop up and give me the list of those items on the broker. makes it easy to price my stuff at the end of the day, rather then typing each item in.
