my resolution is already set to 1280x1024, and my graphic resolution is already at 1.0 (max setting) but still crashing :(

make a backup of that characters window placement settings file then delete or rename the original.
Log in to game and see if you crash.
Note: All your windows should be out of place but i'm thinking it may be a resize issue with the paperdoll.
I notice that when you resize it the paperdoll doesn't resize correctly.
It's a long shot but may be why you are having issues with it.

If that doesn't work I don't have a clue and would recommend you use the default instead.
