If you place a bag above another UI element and try to move an item form that bag into another slot the ui element under the bag come forward and covers the bag like your clicking through the container , only happens if you click on an item inside the bag doesnt happen when your click an empty bag slot.

Best bag mod compare to some of the others I've tried. My dream mod would be if yours was resizable like the hotbar so I could have verticals for my bank and horizontals for my inventory. In any case keep up the great work!
