Here is a little blast from the past. Nothing special, just updated it to keep it up to date (and gives me practice). If there is anything missing, or you want to see a feature in it, let me know.
Installation is easy, just drop it in your EQ2\UI\<yourUI> folder. You might want to have a backup of the one your are currently using.

Heya!
Any chance to see an update on this one?
Some features aren't working properly, like i can't see the button to train my Mercenary, The wardrobe tab and a few other small things?
