backdrop for persona window's
is there a way to have a black backdrop for this window... i know if you go in and delete the backdrop file in profit it takes it out but the backdrop then becomes white... im looking for something that is easy to read @ a glance while the backdrop is cool im wondering if there is an option that i have missed to delete this feature and have a solid backdrop instead
thanks in advance

"GM9 please check if this still works with the new ProfitUI Version. Before updating it, it has worked but now I always see that silly white box in the persona window and no matter in wich directory I copy the files they don´t showed in the window."
Edit: I´ve tried to download again the pack and as GM9 told, i extracted the folder only in my main EVerquest2 directory (in my case: D:\Everquest2). Its not necessary to do anything else.
To those who see still the white box: be sure you did exactly what GM9 told in the description. In my case I thought I did extract the file because I´ve found some pictures like "a_warlock" but they are NOT the ones from here.
So be sure you downloaded the file and extract the folder only in your Everquest2 directory. If you think you already did it, try again.

I love the idea of this, I was wondering if there is a way of getting this customer persona window to work as a stand alone? I've already tried copying all images from the ProfitUI full download, as well as all the _ProfitUI files from the full install, and the eq2ui_mainhud_persona.xml & images to the correct folders as well.
I know some of these windows are possible, I was able to get the bottombar working in VertUI before I asked Rag if it would be possible to add something like it to the base UI itself.

All dds-files should be in Profitui/images/backdrops folder.

Being as the class backdrops are mandatory, you may want to include a "blank backdrop" with the pack, or darken the class images to make it easier to read character stats on the persona window tab.
They are DDS files. I found a good DDS viewer that allows me to preview. It even allows me to edit the images, but can't save the edited version as a DDS file.
Can anyone recommend a good image editing program that can open/edit/save DDS files?

You were told to install into everquest directory .... NOT the images folder.

As stated above,
- extract to your \Everquest II directory
And extract all of it. No need to make or move any folders. Then hit P to open the persona window. If it works, you'll see a background image. If it doesn't, you'll see an ugly white box.
The white box is also currently shown on localized EQ2 versions, but I will support French and German in the upcoming 2.9 release.

heh
great UI by the way, but i don't know why this backdrop thing isn't working for me. I put the backdrops folder into the images as you said, and i extract the backdrop that i want into the same folder and it's not showing up in the game...mind telling me if i'm doing something wrong?
