Player targeted showing effects and percentages

mob during combat with effects and percentages(notice still shows arrows)

Detailed(arrows mode) does not show effects

Just added the power bars and percentages back into the "new" Default tagreting windows. The Simple (fancy) mode shows the spell effects as well as the arrows, however from the way it's set up in the builder I don't think the effects data shows in the Detailed(arrows) version. The Implied is identical to the Target window. Feel free to change whatever you don't like.

[Edit] realized I only put the percentages for power in the implied window and forgot the bar. just fixed this
[Edit] corrected the implied target power bar again

I have no spell effects under my target. I also don't have them when i delete all (implied) target mods and use the original ones. So my question is: are there maybe other mods that play into this feature or is it a setting i have to enable somewhere?

Looks like it was a bug and they'll be fixing it soon.
