Your fonts file appears to be missing the following line, which is breaking tooltips:
<TextStyle Algorithm="Simple" FontName="Zapf Calligraphic 801 Bold BT" Language="english" Name="Font_Tooltip_Large" PointSize="18" PrivateFontPath="UI/Fonts/zcal801b.TTF" UseCachedFont="true" />
As far as I know, it is like this for all of your maintained mods.
Being someone who uses multiple custom UI pieces and has to combine my fonts file rather often, is it possible that you can post which fonts you have added, maybe for a simple cut/paste?
Other then these minor issues, I'm loving this mod so far.
