BEHOLD the glory of the min/max bar! =P
|
|
An experience bar with Current level, Class, Yellow %, and Blue %.
You will never kill things the same again.
--
(I'll do the same for tradeskiller's as soon as the xml allows me to do so (prolly never). till then, this mod is at 0.9)
I'd like to thank filidecht for figuring out how to move the exp bar, thanks fil!
and thanks to Lunani for figuring out that ExperienceBubble can be used as a text tag.
Fixed in 0.91:
Had to get rid of the debt readout because ExperienceDebtCurrent is bugged

lol from what i see u guys still got it wrong...
1 yellow bubble (not entire yellow bar) = 10% xp towards next level
1 blue bubble (not entire blue bar) = 1/10th of 1% xp towards next level
1 yellow BAR (not bubble) = 100% xp towards next level, DING!
1 blue BAR (not bubble) = 1% xp towards next level
read it slow, read it again.... over and over.... this is what the bubbles and bars represent, hahaha never seen so much confusion over something so simple :P

Okay, let's set everyone straight...
One yellow bubble = 10% of your experience towards a level.
One blue bubble = 1/20th (5%) of a yellow bubble (i.e. .5% experience).
So, 1 yellow + 3 blue bubbles = 10% + 3/20ths of 10% (1.5%) = 11.5% total.
9 yellow + 19 blue = 90% + 19/20ths of 10% (9.5%) = 99.5%

lol i am not confused.
yellow is the percentage representing the actual experience someone has.
1 yellow bubble and 3 blue ones would be 130%
y: is the percentage of the yellow bar (it represents your entire level). 0 being an empty bar and 100 being a level up.
b: is the percentage of the blue bar (the blue bar is 10% of the yellow bar). 0 being and empty and 100 being a full blue bar or 10% of the yellow bar.

nice, but not possible. you get a tag for the yellow bar, and a tag for the blue bar =/

the format
First of all I'd like to thank you modders for putting out such quality mods so soon after release. Awesome job.
This exp bar is working correctly. Hower, I feel that it would be more intuitive if xp was given as a decimal with, say, 2 places to the left of the decimal. for instance, in the picture of the XP bar, instead of having Y: 1% B: 15% you could have something like Exp: 1.50 %.
