Casting Bar
The DarqUI Casting bar is resizable, and the text size can be set to resize depending on the size of the bar. There are two casting bars in the Casting window: The self casting bar and the target casting bar below it. To show the target casting bar, stretch the window down horizontally. Which targets display their casts is controlled in the Game Options window (Alt+O). Go to User Interface >> Targeting Windows >> Casting Bars. You can choose to show casting bars from a variety of target types.
While in game, you can display a "ghost" sample image of the Casting bar to assist in placement on your game screen. From the Casting bar page of the Window Manager, check Show casting bar sample while not in combat. To hide the sample you can uncheck the box or wait until the next spell is cast.
To get to the Window Manager page for the casting bar, you can click the blue gem in the upper left corner of the casting bar while a spell is being cast (choose a long-casting spell such as Call to Home, and then interrupt the spell before it finishes casting.) Or open the Window Manager from another window and choose Casting bar from the dropdown menu.
Opaque backdropSome custom skins render the background of the casting bar as transparent, which is disturbing to some players. Check this box to add a blackout shroud behind the casting bar in this case.
