Default Adding Tabs (help)

Alright, UIBuilder doesn't work for me, so I've been doing this all through notepad, and running and exiting EQ2 many times. I'm pretty good at imagining where stuff will be so numeric offsets and junk for objects hasn't been too hard, but I can't figure out how the tab structure works. I'm looking to add a new tab to the map window, so I can put, I dunno, notes or something there. But TabSource in the maps file has targets that I'm not finding anywhere (P1, P2 and P2 again). Does anyone understand the format enough to explain how it works, or can someone simply add a new tab (and corresponding blank page?) to the default map file so I can look at it and figure it out?

I'm also trying to replace the zone name at the top with the absolute zone name (Antonica 3 for example, rather than just Antonica) but I doubt that'll be tough once I sit down and give it a go.
