Post Beneficial Spell Window?

Hi there. I am asking about this because of my Inquisitor. I see the window where my reactives are counting down and wondering if I can re-size this window. Looked in the control center but could not find an option. I dont have the best eye sight in the world and really would like to make this larger. Oh, and also what is that window called in specific? Thanks much, really appreciate you maintaining this UI, I have used it for a very long time now.

The window can easily be resized. The icons in it... the graphics are a fixed size determined by the game, and I can't do much about them. When I try, all I get is the same size icon with extra blank space around it.

I use a seperate window for my Healers' spells.

Looks like this

It uses the [DragowulfUI] SpellTimer Window that can be found on this site.
