.NET Framework error but using version 3.5

I get the message that I must install Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0, but it is installed. I have even updated to the 3.5 version which I have on another computer. On that computer the map works fine.

Any suggestions?

The installer should install .Net 2.0 if its missing or wrong version.
Try run the installer again and let it reinstall if it needs to.
