UI Notes:

• There is a new Appearance tab in the Inventory window. Items worn here will not convey benefits, but will override what people see on your character.
• You can now sort the quest journal by quest level

Changes in a nutshell...

inventory.inventory: MAJOR changes w/ the new appearance tab
mainhud.guildheraldry: Minor, added a "link design to chat" button
mainhud.lfg: localization changes only
mainhud.mail: localization and self-closing tag changes only
mainhud.map: localization and some (minor?) map item location changes
mainhud.persona: localization, self-closing tags and minor tooltip changes
mainhud.tcg: localization and self-closing tags only
mainhud.tcgdialogue: self-closing tags and the addition of a "close" button
mainhud.zonereuse: localization changes only
newcharscene2: Some large changes, see full compare. MUST UPDATE -- old versions cause crash
specialelements: just adds reference for Bristlebane

If you have eq2ui_newcharscrene2.xml that hasn't been updated to LU38 your UI will crash. You will need to delete this file. The game will play with out deleting the other files but you'll miss out on some functionality, mainly the inventory window.
