Noob question

I have asked friends looked in the help aria and if its there and i dident see it im so very sorry...how do i import another UI again...like it says at the beginning when you make a new toon...Import User Interface Settings...bla bla bla..i would like to do that again on another toon because i made major moves in the original toon and i would like to upload it again to another toon..again..sorry if its in the faq and/or help.
