POI problem

I submitted a POI for Scholar Al'Quyler in Antonica West. The name has lost the apostrophe/accent/single quote or whatever you want to call it when I look at the POI.

Also, I submitted the POI with a description something like this:

Gives the "A Strange Black Rock" quest for the Glowing Black Stone.

There is no description visible on the POI.

Seems like there is a problem with both single and double quotes.
