Where do i find the proxy address?

BTW Im not using proxy at all. I just tried to experiment and analyse, why I get "cant connect" error.
Still the same behaviour. Is it somewhat helpfull, or I should stick with manual update?

(PS: No proxy, FW or whatever used, the link http://...:443 works from every possible browser I have)

Did you try adding the address to your hosts file manually as described in the FAQ?

The updater is relying on Java to resolve the DNS and for some reason that fails on some systems.

if that does not work, all that remains are firewall/router issues or reinstalling windows.
