Default bag options

this kinda goes off the ealier request of dropping multiple stacks to broker at once but what about a bag options mod that would allow an entire bags contents to be dropped to broker or to bank or to junk vender etc? If that could be done then a player would only have to sort out this bag is junk this bag is broker this bag is bank and click click click all done!

DragDrop operations are in no way controled by the UI layer.

The client code would need to be modified to interpret "drop non-empty bag" as "drop all contents of bag".

Kinda of a major change since currently there is no support for moving arrays of objects and this opens up all kinds of funky problems, like some objects in the array can't be moved due to Lore/NoTrade.
