Cyan adornments will drop in Altar of Malice contested zones more frequently.
Transmutation Stones have been added to the drop tables in Altar of Malice contested zones and Loyalty Merchant. These stones have the chance to transmute into up to 5 Polished Mana.
Tier 1 Raid armor (red gem) has been increased in power in almost all cases.
