UI problem, HELP!

Having a problem with using my UI. It will work sometimes, load in just fine, and I can play. However most the time when I try and load it the game turns into a black screen and I crash to desktop.
Also when I do get it to load in, after I log out or go LD the settings return to default, thus having to reload... Any help would be great, thanks.

Obviously, at least one of the UI pieces you're trying to use is broken.

You are not using /load ui command are you?
