MAcro Variables?

Is there a way to write a macro witha variable? And a macro to set a variable?

I.E.
Macro1: Set A = %t
MAcro2: : ;Useability Minor Healing A

So you could "Set" the main tank when you formed the group and then for the rest of the night have 1 button that heals him no matter what your target was.
