the operation timed out, either your connection is slow or the site is being slow right now, you can try again later and it will probably work. do you have dialup or broadband?

I've had this problem for 2 months now. I use broadband and it shouldn't be slow in any way. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and done all I've come up with to do about it. But it will not load them files. I've had a thread here before, too, but no answers ever came to it. All ideas are welcome, especially on what is causing it, that is, what would cause the operation to time out? It doesn't even start to load, it just jamms as soon as I start the program.
