pop up boxes?

I have a question and I am curious if there is a setting somewhere that i need to change. Whenever i get a new quest window to pop up it is never in the same spot. same with loot window and some other pop up windows i get while gaming. I would really like to always have these windows pop up in the same spot. Any suggestions?
