Connection Status monitor

Hello Landin,

With LU 42, there was a new window added to the interface, the connection status window. It does not work by default with UIeXtreme since it is a new window, and it is not among the <include> lists in tyour current mainhud file. I was able to finagle it to work properly by adding the following line to UIeXtreme's eq2ui_mainhud.xml file:

<include>eq2ui_mainhud_connectionstats.xml</include>

It will use the window in it's default location still, for those that wish to get it working until the AUCP file is updated for UIeXtreme. The catch of course, is that the AUCP will overwrite the file unless you add it to the excluded file list, as a result, when you are able to add this line, would you please add a note to the AUCP so I (and perhaps others) will know when we can take the Mainhud file off the exclusion list?

Oh shoot my bad.. Thought I took out all the module xml files. I'll get that corrected.
