effects/detrimental effects/map window shifting

In light of the recently discovered and worked around map shift issue, it's come to my attention that the unmodded effects and detrimental_effects windows have the same issue. Occasionally, the icons disappear, not scrolled, but missing. Restarting eq2 was always my solution in the past, the next time it happens though I'll be trying a workaround similar to the one implemented for the map icons.

For now, I'll simply list this as a bug. Has anyone noticed any other unmodded windows with this shifting problem?
