Nothing happens for me when I select this in the EQ2 start button menu.

So its on your menu, but the window doesn't show?

Sounds like somehow the file for that window didn't get installed or maybe you tried /load_ui and are seeing typical buggy behavior.

I made sure the file is in my fetish folder and I relogged in and out of game to make sure.

The option is on the start button menu, just clicking it doesn't do anything.

Did you maybe not use the eq2ui_Custom.xml file provided in the ZIP?
