Profit

I have profit on my other puter and works good. I use to have it on this puter and it worked good. I had the hard drive redone and am trying to get profit back on this puter but every time I get it on there the game (eq2) crashes. I know it is probably my lack of skills doing this.

So what file do I need to download to make profit happen again on this puter please.

You're probably using an old version of it. The latest is available through the updater at http://updater.pala.de/. You'll need Java 6 or 7 installed to be able to run it. You'll probably be prompted to run it because of some stuff Oracle's doing to Java, it's OK to let it run. Note that there's no longer a separate zipfile download, it was getting too complex to maintain it.

Be warned that Tears of Veeshan is (barring a last-moment delay) due out Tuesday and it'll include UI updates. I plan on having an update to Profit sent up Monday night to be posted on the updater Tuesday, but I'm not sure what time Tuesday it'll be posted. You can tell from the changelog on the updater when the 11/12 updates have hit.
