DUNGEON MAKER
Tweaked level agnostic damage in Dungeon Maker dungeons to be more consistant. You should do similar damage to all NPCs in the zone regardless of them having difficulty reduced or increased via items.
Lowered the difficulty for players level 86 to 89 in Dungeon Maker dungeons.
Very slightly increased the difficulty for players level 80 to 85 in Dungeon Maker dungeons.


COMBAT
Fixed a bug where ward amounts displayed in spell examines would not match the amount actually applied.
Owners will now give their pets lethality equal to how much lethality the owner has.
Fixed a bug where reckless stance would be increasing taunt amounts.


ITEMS
Skyshrine: Stats on items received from Claws of Veeshan Crate of Endless Plunder have been improved to be more in line with the challenge and time invested.
Plane of War: Many items will no longer drop 50% of the time. They are now 100% drops. Some bosses have had the amount of items they drop changed to be more consistent.


QUESTS
Changed Murrar so that he will point you at your current quest NPC for whatever point you might be on in the storyline quests.
Fixed player orientation when leaving Antonia's chambers.
Fixed an issue where players were appearing in North Qeynos rather than the Concordium Tower when leaving the Concordium Vault.
Moved all the water objects necessary for the quest "The Heart of Qeynos" into the water (where they SHOULD be).
Fixed the door leading out of Daylia's office.
Kaedrin's Fate - If quest is deleted Captain Rybolth is now dismissed.
Kaedrin's Fate - Players can now enter the Office of Baron Ironforge if they were defeated by him previously.
Kaedrin's Fate - Dying or evacuating within the Office of Baron Ironforge now sends you to the Ironforge Exchange in Qeynos Capitol District.
Kaedrin's Fate - Captain Rybolth only follows you into Qeynos Province District or Office of Baron Ironforge and thus does not follow you into Queen Antonia's Chambers.
Order of the Arcane: Brokenskull Deckhands - Quest completion text now pluralizes "deckhands".
Blood for Blood - Only Daylia the Vigil should have a quest feather and offer the quest.
Blood for Blood - You no longer face the wall when entering Qeynos Guard Barracks.
Blood for Blood - The conversation with Murrar Shar has been lengthened a bit.
Kaedrin Ironforge's Trial - You no longer face the wall when entering The Chamber of the Claymore.
Ayr'Dal in the Forest Ruins - You are only attacked by two Rockpaw gnolls now.
The young shrumblers should now show up to be used as quest bauble buttons on the quest, Unwelcome Guests.


BATTLEGROUNDS
Fixed a bug where you could get a chat message telling you tied in a battleground when you actually won.
Sounds should play more reliably in Battlegrounds.
