POPULATION / ZONE PROGRESSION
Graystone Yard
Added new uniforms to the quest NPCs.


DUNGEON MAKER
Players who are adventuring in Dungeon Maker dungeons will now all be bolstered up. So if you are below level 92 you might notice that your health has been scaled up a lot. This is to make things like group wards work well across groups of mixed level players.


PVP GENERAL
Fixed a bug where players could get a massive amount of infamy for killing another player.


ITEMS
Runes of Blasting and Mending will no longer be affected by stats.
Improved the tooltip on lethality to show that it affects both healing and damage.
The Abstract Chain of Energetic Thought now has more appropriate stats.
Fierce Qeynosian Blade of Timelessness should now show as a sword skill instead of axe.


ABILITES / ALTERNATE ADVANCEMENT
Commanding Roar has been added to a few group buffs and replaced flat taunt immunity on a few more. The affected spells are called out below. Commanding roar makes the group immune to all PVP taunt effects for 10 seconds. A player can receive this effect once every minute.

Brawler
Combat Mastery now applies Commanding Roar. Commanding Roar makes the caster's group immune to taunt effects for a short duration in PVP combat.

Berserker
Insolence now lasts for 10 seconds in PVP combat.

Bruiser
Wild Beating now force taunts in PVP combat.

Beastlord
Noxious Grasp now properly pulls the target to the caster in PVP combat.

Enchanter
Channeled Focus now applies Commanding Roar. Commanding Roar makes the caster's group immune to taunt effects for a short duration in PVP combat.

Mystic
Stampede now applies Commanding Roar. Commanding Roar makes the caster's group immune to taunt effects for a short duration in PVP combat.

Paladin
Heretic's Destruction now applies Commanding Roar. Commanding Roar makes the caster's group immune to taunt effects for a short duration in PVP combat.

Shadowknight
Grave Sacrament will now taunt lock enemies for 3 seconds in PVP combat.
Death March now applies Commanding Roar. Commanding Roar makes the caster's group immune to taunt effects for a short duration in PVP combat.

Templar
Sanctuary now applies Commanding Roar. Commanding Roar makes the caster's group immune to taunt effects for a short duration in PVP combat.

Warrior
Experienced Insight now lasts for 15 seconds in PVP combat.
Unshakable Grip now applies Commanding Roar. Commanding Roar makes the caster's group immune to taunt effects for a short duration in PVP combat.

Fighter
Recklessness no longer applies a health penalty when canceling it in PVP combat.
The bonus potency from reckless stance will no longer apply to threat.


QUESTS
The quest "Etch the Stone" is now properly repeatable.
Any gnome racial quests that require you to kill creatures in the Baubbleshire should now correctly update if the kills are made by a pet or the bot.
Writs should now be offered to players level 91-92 within Thurgadin and from the Guildhall Writ Amenity.
?The Missing? will now update properly in Antonica.
