Experience Bar Jumping all over the place

I fairly certain I'm not the only one who has noticed the Experience Window doing some pretty funky math with Experience, expecially at higher levels. I just had a quick look at a thread in the Developers area and its seems SOE broke something. I was just wondering if there is any idea of a time frame for fix/work around. As I'm sure other people knows its very frustrating to go from 99% to 98% to 101% and then level.

Still after all this, I've yet to get some sort of developer at least acknowledgement of the bug. This bug has been around since LU 24. 2 LU's later, no advance on this. Keep trying to kick up dust about it, no luck so far.
