Tiny Font

Why is the font on many windows and items (ex.: resources) so very tiny? It is barely readable. For example: When I open my Journal window, all fonts look normal except for the Achievements, Daily Objectives and Mission Timers; the last 3 are barely readable, and no, it its not something I can change (nor have I changed it) in my settings.
