Merc window like Pet window

I made a small modification of the mercs window to be the same at the pet window look.
This is just an adaptation to the ProfitUI style, with the addition of commands in the header:
/merc melee
/merc ranged
/cl_ignore_merc_chatter

For installation: unzip file in your ProfitUI folder, and move the mercenary window to the updater ignore list.
