Help with Examine Windows

So I've been tweeking windows, mainly to streemline them and remove unwanted padding inside and outside the frames. I ran into a snag I can't figure out with the Examine windows.

On all of these windows I've set the WC_Frame RStyleDefault="FrameStyles.win_gold_plain" and adjusted all element positions to remove about 20 pixels horizontally and verically.

The problem is that in game, all of these windows insist on padding the bottom with about 20 - 40 pixels of blank space between the last text line and the frame border.

Any help with this would be much apreciated. File attached.
