Group window mod please

Looking around i cnat seem to find a group window i like so here i am asking for someones help. I have no skill at this kinda thing so if any of you that do have time i would be vary thankful.

Looking for a group window that keeps the look it already has. Also keeps the color of the life bar changeing with the amount of life. Most of the mods dont. Just looking for one with dead space taken out and just a bit smaller. A striped and shrunk ver of the group window now. No stats, No extra buttons, nothing like that.

EDIT- Forgot to say i would like it not to show me/the player in the group window. As for smaller i am looking for about 3/4 the size. Was not clear there. thanks.

I'd like something like this too. So all members could fit accross in one row.

Name, health and power, that's it.
