Same Problem here.

Some additional information:

The auto resizing seems to work, despite the fact it cuts off the buffs.

1 row of Buffs: This row is cut in half with F10 there is some black space below the cut off buffs seen. Seems something is overlapping the icons.

2 row of Buffs: The first row is seen, second cut in half. Here to the black space below the cut off buffs.

Couldn't test with more buff rows, but it seems that the black space is causing half the buff to disappear.

Haven't tried to resize the window like Kira, but didn't have to for the same effect.

For one Mob, as long you keep the target, it seems you can bring back the full buffs, if you set from "Frame" to "Frame and Title bar" then you see the buffs in full (big) and you can go back to "Frame" for the smaller icons (fully seen then) (or "None" same buffs other Title Text). So eventually there is a Layer in the Window, which is overlapping (by normal targeting) the buffs and then when you trigger the buffs via setting "Frame and Title bar" the buffs get focused.

Another Problem seems in the Implied Target Window. The same problems as the Target window but an extra problem with free space below the Name of the Target.

Target Window: Target name -> Buff icons -> cut in half (black space below icons)

Implied Target Window: Target name -> free space (transparent) -> Buff icons -> cut in half (black space below icons)

Hope something of this helps a little bit to track the problem, auto resizing would be a great function .
