error starting eq2map updater

Hi folks,

My computer got really grumpy this morning, so I reinstalled XP. I have eq2 installed on it's own partition, so by the looks of it, I don't have to reinstall eq2. When I started eq2.exe the first time, it patched/downloaded a bunch of what looked like launch pad stuff, but I'm able to log in fine.

EQ2Map Updater, however, was installed on my system drive, so needed to reinstall it.

I downloaded EQ2Map-Updated-1.0.0-Setup.exe from here (<3 teh taco-man) and installed it. No errors during install, although the application did not start after install (even with the "run eq2map now" checkbox checked on).

However, whenever I try to run it now, I immediately get the following error:
EQ2MAP_Updater.exe - Application Error
The application filed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

Uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted, rinse, repeat. Nothing seems to work. I would appreciate any help! Thanks guys! I need mah maps!
