Expandable Journal window(the window inside journal)

It would be nice if we could expand/enlarge/make longer the first box INSIDE the journal window so we can see all the zones.
As it works now we constantly have to scroll down to check which zones we have quests in.
If we could expand that window we just had to scroll when we have to read the quest txt.
Not sure if you know what i mean.
