The sticky on moving letterbox

I noticed you have the moving the letterbox window up/down sticky and locked however what the thread fails to make people aware of is if you do that is also changes the position of targetting area on mobs and the way you view & interact with things in game. It is like it moves the background without moving the information on the background so things are shifted and difficult to use. I just thought this should be mentioned on the sticky so people are aware of what will happen if you try to move it.
