Zone connection overlay inaccuracies

Couldn't find the original discussion thread that this was in.

The Qeynos City zone connection map incorrectly places a Mariner's Bell icon on the Peat Bog. There's no Mariner's bell there.

Also, I would suggest adding an icon for The Caves to the west of Starcrest and south of Graystone. The caves themselves are actually located underneath the Baubleshire according to some in-game quest dialog, but since it's accessible by bell only, that's probably the best place to put it so that newbies know that the zone is there and how to reach it.
