[Live] 9.25.09 Patch - Interface Changes

The following is a compare between the old default interface (9.24.09) and the new default interface patched today (9.25.09) on the right with changes in red. Use the context & line numbers to help find your way to make the changes needed to your custom interface.

UI Notes:

• Vertical hotbars will no longer have the large amount of empty space on the right side.
